Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing various marketing activities, with a primary focus on social media management, email marketing, website updates, and promotional campaigns. This individual will work closely with different departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Create and schedule engaging social media posts 2-3 times per week on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and engage with our online community.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and use them to inform content creation.
Email Marketing
Create and send bi-weekly email blasts for various purposes, including company updates, event promotions, and chapter newsletters.
Collaborate with team members to design visually appealing and effective email campaigns.
Maintain email subscriber lists and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.
Website Updates:
Manage website content updates for multiple websites clients including CEM's.
Transitioning WordPress websites to Squarespace ensures a seamless transition.
Ensure websites are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our branding and messaging.
Marketing Campaigns
Plan and execute full marketing campaigns for CEM's events and conferences. This includes SEO, marketing trades, email blasts, website updates, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure campaign success.
Google Ads
Manage Google Ads campaigns exclusively for CEM, optimizing ad performance and budget allocation.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in social media management, email marketing, and website content for at least one year.
Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and email marketing tools.
Experience with website content management systems (WordPress, Squarespace, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging marketing content.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Google Ads certification is a plus.
