Get to know lily

PRESS: Lalena "Lily" Kotasek has joined CEM Solutions in a collaborative partnership as CMO. In addition to CEM Solutions’ Seabrook/Houston, San Antonio, & New Braunfels locations, Lily will be adding a CEM Solutions, Montgomery, TX location to provide in person service to north Houston clientele. Lily is a published expert in marketing and ecommerce marketing. Lily and her marketing team at CEM Solutions serve clients nationwide.

Lily met with CaLae Miller, Founder of CEM Solutions and immediately their experience and passion to support the industrial trades sector aligned. CaLae appreciated the fact that Lily comes from humble beginnings and learned what it means to work hard growing up on her family ranch and with her Dad's construction business. Lily brings over 14 years of experience in digital marketing and e-commerce, in addition to her extensive background as a hands-on business owner in traditional marketing. She began her e-commerce marketing career at the onset of Amazon's rise, working with Schwan's Foods after a chance conversation with a general manager in Colorado Springs. Prior to that she was a GM for a National Van Lines agency and learned warehousing and distribution. She has held leadership roles, including VP of Marketing for United Van Lines, Director of E-Commerce Marketing and IT for an electrical supply distributor, and most recently, Head of E-Commerce Marketing and Sales for an industrial housing builder/manufacturer in Dallas.

Early in her career, Lily ventured into entrepreneurship by founding two construction businesses in Colorado and working as a real estate investor "fix and flipper" for many years. Industrial, trades, construction is her niche, and she is excited to work with CEM Solutions.
